A: Less than 300 sets bedroom furniture , our delivery time is about 30-45 days after  receiving the 30% deposit , production drawings confirmed , wood color finish and fabric OR  PU choose. more than 300 sets rooms , the delivery time would be 45- 60 days .

 

2.Q :Can our company make customized furniture?  

A: Yes, we can customized furniture according to your interior design , drawing and size provided by clients. The material, fabric, color can be changed as per your requests.

 

3.Q :What is your BOQ ?  

A: Basically speaking , the BOQ is 20 sets . more quantity , more cheaper for customized furniture

 

4.Q:What's our payment term?

A: we have two kind of PAYMENT TERMS

1 : L/C at sight 2 :  T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance by T/T before shipment.

 

5.Q: Can you guarantee your products?

A: We have strict management process for our furniture quality .  

Firstly , we would produce one piece sample before bulk production to ensure the furniture shape , detail quality well .Secondly , Each production steps  have QC to check whether they are good enough to go to the next production step .Last step : Before Packaging , all goods would be 100% inspection in case any defect for the furniture

 

6.Q:How can I know the completion of my order?

 A: Each order would be followed by special staff who would give you working report by week so that you can know how is going with your production .

 

7.Q: If any damage for furniture when we get them , how we complain to you ?

A: We are one trust suppliers for hotel furniture with 12 years experience . Firstly we would give good packaging to ensure shipping safe . Secondly  when you get your furniture , if any damage , please show us photos with quantity , we would reproduce them for your by free.
